Independent Living Skills Training (ILST)
Building Confidence. Creating Independence.
At Bridges, we believe independence is built one skill at a time. Our Independent Living Skills Training (ILST) program empowers individuals with brain injuries and disabilities to learn, improve, or maintain the everyday skills needed to live confidently in their homes and communities.
With the support of an ILST, you’ll work one-on-one in your home or community to set goals that matter most to you. Each plan is personalized — because independence looks different for everyone. Whether you’re building new skills, strengthening old ones, or just wanting to feel more confident, we’re here to help you get there.
What Could Your Goals Look Like?

- Household Management: Keep your home organized, safe, and comfortable.
